It introduces the atmosphere of pre-war, entertaining and cabaret-style Nowy Świat. It is a return to the roots of Polish cuisine enriched with international flavours. Let's get to know the cuisine of our ancestors, who drew their love of flavours from their travels around the world.

Art at your fingertips

A key element of the interior design is Poland's largest collection of theater posters, among which you can find works by such artists as: Franciszek Starowieyski, Maja Berezowska, Andrzej Pągowski. In the rooms portraits of theater artists by Maximilian Novak-Zemplinski are hung.
